Then we apply a tinted commercial grade polyaspartic / polyurea base coat, apply the flakes, and let dry. Finally, a polyaspartic / polyurea clear top coat is applied which is extremely durable against abrasion, chemical resistant, fade resistant, and does not yellow. The floor coatings come in a variety of colors. Homeowners can walk on it the next day and park their cars on it two or three days later.
